What services do we offer?
Our help includes advice and counseling, submission of applications on your behalf, advice on accommodation and tuition fees and the best way to pay these. We also give advice and assistance on the visa process, preparation for the visa interview, assist and advise with the submission of any UK visa appeal in the event of a visa refusal if necessary*. Basically we are a one-stop-shop that will help you from your initial enquiry all the way through to your arrival and during your studies at one of the educational institutions we represent.
We reserve the right not to help a student with an appeal if they have been refused for submission of forged documentation or we believe the Entry Clearance Officer has made the correct decision or if we believe you are not a genuine student with the intention of studying. |

What types of courses are on offer?
We represent establishments that offer GCSE studies, A level studies, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Research degree programmes, Diploma’s, National Vocational Qualifications etc. Basically at whatever level you want to study the chances are one or more of our establishments we represent will be able to offer you the right course for your level of education. The exception to this is medical studies(in the UK). It is very difficult to find a place for international students in this field. If you are looking for studies in this area then please contact us first before submitting an application. |

Why should I use your services rather than apply direct to a college or university?
If you don’t use our services then you will have to do all the work of chasing up the colleges, Universities or UCAS for the decisions; make your own telephone calls from abroad which would be expensive, pay your own postage etc. We do all of this for you and depending upon your study path you can apply to one or more of our educational establishments for this price. You also save valuable time. We will e-mail you with your offer letters initially and then send out any offer letters directly to you depending upon how you initially submitted your application so we can save you time. Apart from this you also of course get our excellent visa advice and in the event of a visa refusal*
we would assist you with the submission of any visa appeal where we determine that you qualify for such assistance. Should you need the services of an attorney on immigration matters, we will direct you to one |

What are the approximate costs for studying abroad?
It very much depends upon the course and institution but average college tuition fee costs in the UK are approximately £5,000-£6,500 per year, while in the US, it is averagely $16,000/annum. Average tuition fee costs for Undergraduate studies at a University are approximately £7,500-£9,000 per year, while in the US, it is between $23,000-$30,000. Average tuition fee costs for Postgraduate studies is around £9,500-£12,000 a year. These are approximate costs only and on top of this you have your accommodation and other living expenses which is roughly put at £5,500-£7,500 per year in case of studying in the UK and while in the US, it is approximately $6600 - $8400 depending upon the area and type of accommodation you choose. In the case of accommodation and other living expenses it will also very much depend upon your individual spending patterns. . For further information about other schools in countries not UK and US, please call or email us for details. |

Why do your costs seem to differ from what I am told it will cost by other representatives/agents?
It should not differ if you are being quoted for the same course at the same establishment. If they do, check what figures they are quoting you for. When we give you the costs of studying we give you the figures for tuition fees as charged by the colleges or Universities, including all discounts or scholarships they may offer you.
You pay the university or college direct for tuition fees they charge not our company. On top of this any quotes for accommodation and living expenses are realistic living expense costs. If another agent tells you differently then contact the relevant college or university and ask for confirmation. |

Can I work whilst studying?
Yes, you are allowed to work in some of the countries while some don’t permit students to work. For visa purposes however this cannot be taken into account as employment cannot be guaranteed. You are expected at the visa interview to show you or your sponsor has enough funds or earning capacity to pay for your tuition fees, accommodation and other living expenses without it being necessary for you to work to fund your studies.

Do we represent any other university or college in the UK, Canada, US, etc and not listed on our website?
No, but we are constantly signing new agreements with establishments so please contact us anyhow.

Can you guarantee that I will be offered a place at a university or college?
No, any decision on whether or not you are accepted for a place of study very much depends upon the educational establishment themselves. We cannot guarantee a place but if your application is rejected for any reason then we will do our utmost to find another establishment that may accept you for no extra charge.
|

Can you guarantee that I will get a visa?
No, we do our utmost to ensure your application is as complete as possible and that you know what supporting documents you need to submit but ultimately the decision on whether or not you will be issued a visa is very much decided by the Visa Sections at the High Commissions or Embassies. If you are refused a UK visa we will give you advice to help towards you submitting an appeal should you wish but this help is subject to our terms above (see *). Also we will discuss other options with you such as looking at studying in a different country. |

How and where can I apply?
See our application procedures page for detailed information. |
Top |
How long does the process take?
On average 8-10 weeks but the earlier you apply the better prepared you will be. The length of time it takes does depend very much upon how quickly you respond to our requests. Normally, and depending upon the type of application, from the time we receive your completed application form we will have a decision within three to four weeks on whether or not you have been offered a place. It then depends very much on how quickly you pay your deposit or advance payment for tuition fees which we recommend you pay directly to the college or University not to us. If this is not possible for you then we will discuss alternative payment methods with you. |

Will you represent our institution if we are located in the UK?
Please contact us for more information. We consider representing establishments based on their location, types of courses offered, fees charged and on whether or not we feel by taking on an extra establishment we would be unfair to the others we already represent. In all cases we will only consider representing institutions that offer refunds to students in the event of visa refusals and institutions that are on the Department for Education and Skills register. |
Top |
Will you represent our institution if we are a non-UK educational establishment?
We will consider each request on a case by case basis so please contact us. Certainly establishments must be registered with the appropriate local governmental authorities and have a policy of offering students refunds on any advance payments in the event of a visa refusal. |
