 Application Procedure
Our aim is to make the application process as simple as possible for you. We have therefore devised the application into separate stages. At all times during the various stages we are in regular contact with you and with the colleges and/or Universities you apply to:
Step 1
Fill the enquiry form and submit it or call into our offices and give them the same information.
Step 2
Based on the information you provide, your preferred choice of studies and location, and your qualifications (or anticipated grades), we will then offer you a list of courses and establishments out of those we represent that we feel will best suit you. We will also give you all the relevant application forms.
Step 3
You return your completed application forms, along with copies of your educational qualifications and where necessary references and a copy of your CV to our office along with our processing fee and if applicable any college or university registration fee. We will then submit these to the appropriate establishments for a decision.
Step 4
Once we have received a decision about your application/s we will inform you
immediately by e-mail and also send you the original correspondence we have
received directly to you depending upon how you have submitted your application(s)
initially.

We then advise you according to what decision has been made. There are normally
only three types of decisions namely: rejection, conditional offer or unconditional
offer. In the case of a rejection, we can give you a list of alternatives we believe
would help you and if necessary submit more applications on your behalf at no extra
cost. In the case of a conditional offer we advise you on how best to meet the
conditions and once you get to the unconditional offer stage we then give you advice
on accommodation alternatives, payment of tuition fee advances or deposits etc.

NOTE: Also as indicated on our website, please check refund policies before making any advance payments to cover tuition fees, accommodation deposits etc. Some educational establishments do not have a refund policy. Please be assured however all our establishments will refund any payments made in advance, less a small administration fee, which can be checked at the time of applying or via the college or University website.
Step 5
Once you have your unconditional offer or visa admission document, paid your tuition fees advance or deposit and have reserved your accommodation (all with our help of course) you are ready to apply for your visa. At this stage we will assist to prepare you for the visa process as much as possible.
Final Stage

If you are issued the visa we will then assist you by organising a meet and greet service (at extra expense and booked through the establishment you are attending) should you wish. If not then congratulations but this is not the end of our service. Even during your studies we will still be in constant contact with you to get your feedback, not only on our service but also on the course content and the facilities, teaching etc at the college or university you are attending. Who knows, you may want our help to do further studies abroad .

If you are refused a UK visa and we consider it not worth appealing but we feel you are a genuine student then we will look at other alternatives and advise you accordingly but If we do feel it is worth you appealing then we will refer you to organisations that can assist you with your appeal.
GENERAL OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS

Basically our company acts as a one-stop-shop throughout the whole process, from the time you indicate you are interested in applying to the time you finish your studies, we will assist you as much as possible to fulfill your wishes of studying overseas to get a good, internationally recognised, qualification.

The whole application process can take from as little as four to six weeks or it can take much longer. Much depends upon how quickly you act on our advice and on how quickly you make your deposit payments. The colleges and Universities normally take between one to four weeks to make a decision on your application depending upon what time of year you apply. Certainly the closer to the intake start dates you apply, the longer it is likely to take, as most students apply about a month or two before the intended intake dates and this makes the administration departments extremely busy. Our advice therefore is to apply as early as possible. If you are still awaiting exam results it is possible to get you a conditional offer subject to your exam results being published. It is simply then a case of sending your results to us so that we can process an unconditional offer letter.

THINKING OF APPLYING DIRECT?
If you cannot afford our fees and you would much prefer to apply direct to one of the establishments listed on this website please let us know in advance of submitting your application. Although we may not be able to assist you on all the stages listed above, we could agree to assist you towards the later stages but you must contact our offices to agree on this before you send off your application. It is always advisable to seek an agent’s  advice before you take any step
